Biography of Arthur Diosy, a man who devoted most of his life to the study and promotion of Japanese culture through the founding and development of the Japan Society. Through his efforts to achieve an accord between England and Japan, Diosy succeeded in having a treaty signed between the two countries at the beginning of the twentieth century.
