Buchanan, Robert D.
Dr. Robert D. Buchanan received his Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, majoring in school administration. He has been a participant in Superintendents’ Institutes at Columbia University, Harvard University, and the University of Southern California. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Educational Administration at Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
