About the author: Dr. Asuagbor is a native of Cameroon. He earned a PHD in Political Science from the University of Nevada at Reno. He taught African politics at the University of Nevada Reno. He is currently Assistant Professor of Political Science and Director of Multicultural and International Affairs at Bluffton College in Ohio.
