Dr.Frank Ohemeng teaches at the University of Ottawa where is an Assistant Professor in the School of Political Studies. He holds a Ph.D. from McMaster University in Hamilton, where he graduated in 2006.

In this book the authors take us through the step by step process of decision making and implementation of policy initiatives in the country of Ghana.
