About the editors: Diana Fox received her PhD from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology, Anthropology, and Social Work at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, Massachusetts. Naima Hasci received her PhD in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins University. She is Research Associate with the W. E. Dubois Institute of African-American Studies, Harvard University. She has an array of experience with UNESCO, UNDP, the World Bank, et al.
