Dr. Victoria Khiterer is an Associate Professor of History and the Director of the Conference on the Holocaust and Genocide at Millersville University. She received her Ph.D. in Near Eastern and Judaic Studies from Brandeis University and a Ph.D. in Russian Jewish History from the Russian State University in Humanities, Moscow.
