1991 0-7734-9958-X The Winnebago Trickster Myth Cycle, contained in Paul Radin's The Trickster, has significant notions about human nature from which scholars trained in Western thought could profit. Trickster, as challenger of social norms and revealer of faulty assumptions, is also central to Postmodern, Post-Jungian thought. This text demonstrates how an interdisciplinary team of teachers challenged current canons and Western presuppositions by introducing students to non-Western texts such the Trickster Myth Cycle.
