About the editor: Sarah Alyn Stacey is Lecturer in French and Director of the Centre for Medieval and Renaissance Studies at Trinity College Dublin. Although her principal area of research is Renaissance literature, she has a particular interest in contemporary French culture, notably Franco-Irish links.
