Balfour, Robert

Dr. Robert Balfour is Registrar of St. Augustine College, the Catholic University of South Africa, in Johannesburg, and is one of the co-founders of the Rural Teacher Education Project at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. Dr. Balfour holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, and is a Fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Society and a Life Fellow of the Cambridge Philosophical Society.
