Dr. Richard J. Mushi received his Ph.D. and MPPA degrees from Jackson State University, Mississippi and B.A. from the University of Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania. His research focuses on sustainable development reform, transportation infrastructure safety, minority health disparities, and HIV/AIDS, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea infection in rural minority population. Currently, Dr. Mushi is Assistant Professor and Coordinator of Master of Arts in Rural Public Policy and Planning at the Mississippi Valley State University.
