Dr. Juli L. Parker is Director of the Women’s Resource Center and Affiliate Faculty for the Women’s Studies Program at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Dr. Parker holds a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences, Theatre and Women’s Studies from The Union Institute and University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
