Dr. Joseph P. Ramsey II is a retired professor of Sports Management at Florida A&M University. Dr. Ramsey received his Ph.D. in Sports Management from Florida State University. He worked for 34 years in the professions of teacher, coach, and administrator in the public and university systems.
