About the author: Dr. G. Steven Neeley received his PhD from the University of Cincinnati, and his J. D. from the University of Cincinnati college of Law. He is currently Associate Professor of Philosophy at Saint Francis College., as well as an Attorney-At-Law in private practice. He is the author of The Constitutional Right to Suicide: A Legal and Philosophical Examination (Peter Lang, 1994).
