Dawne Clarke received her PhD in Sociology in 2005 from the University of New Brunswick, and currently is an assistant professor in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at
St.Thomas University, in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Her research
interests include academic culture, crime and popular film, female-to-male
transsexuals.
