Dr. Samaan’s professional career extends for over four decades; He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery, DDS Degree from Cairo University, however, his real passion was neuroscience. Dr. Samaan received his training in the field of sleep medicine when he attended The School of Sleep Medicine and Stanford University Sleep Clinic in Palo Alto, California in 1996. He became a core faculty member from 1998 until the present. He has been actively involved in promoting and teaching sleep medicine in many teaching facilities such as the University of the Pacific, San Francisco, and Saint Jude Children’s Hospital, City of Orange. Dr. Samaan joined the Chicago School of Professional Psychology where he obtained his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Samaan is a practicing Psychotherapist in Glendora, California with a special emphasis on Neuropsychological disorders and sleep medicine.
