Dr. Heidi Zogbaum was born in Germany and was a long-time resident of Spain. She received her Ph.D. from La Trobe University / Melbourne.. She is now Deputy Director of the Institute of Latin American Studies at La Trobe University in Melbourne, the oldest of its kind in Australia.
